Pure Flexible Graphite with Inconel Wire Jacketed Mesh Packing

Style 5800 mesh is super-high temperature and pressure valve packing, it's braided from low-sulphur expanded graphite yarn with a corrosion inhibitor and reinforced with Inconel wire. Each yarn is round braided with Inconel mesh wrapped around. The packing is diagonal braided to form a dense but pliable packing. It's further enhanced with blocking agents and is excellent in both high pressures and high temp steam applications.

Style 6500PTFE is Pure PTFE yard braided packing incorporated with pure 100% DuPont's Kevlar® yarn throughout the four corners. This structure enhances the lubricating ability of Aramid and reinforces the strength of the pure PTFE packing, Good sliding properties and thermal conductivity. Every fiber is impregnated with PTFE emulsion. This system of impregnation assures even distribution of the PTFE.
