Finally, we offer in-house molding of rubber tubes (billets) that can be machined into packer elements up to 5 3/4 inches in length. This is particularly advantageous for small quantity projects or R&D initiatives, as it eliminates the need for costly tooling. Additionally, because our tubes (billets) are molded rather than wrapped, you can be assured that the compound used during the R&D phase will be identical to the one used in full-scale production.
