J-Style Wiper

The J-Styled Wiper is a single-acting wiper with a recessed lip and a metal angle ring, made from TPU sealing material and reinforced with unalloyed steel DIN EN 10139 (DIN 1624). Its primary function is to wipe off impurities on the piston rod during retraction. The metal angle ring ensures a good fit in the installation space and prevents twisting.

This wiper offers several advantages, including excellent dirt wiping properties, high wear resistance, and a long service life. It does not require a pressure relief hole and features an axially open, easy-to-fabricate installation space. Its reliable design and broad application spectrum make it suitable for moderately demanding applications in general industry, providing a good price/performance ratio. The wiper is particularly applicable in mobile hydraulics and can be used as a bolt wiper for swivel movements, especially in environments with heavy contamination.
